Return Timeline

To start a return, please contact us at [email]. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Since the products are made in Korea, if you encounter difficulties with the return process, a refund may be issued at the seller's discretion.

 

Return Shipping Instructions

Products being returned must be placed in their original box, including all original protective internal packaging and accessory parts. Items must be in their original condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Any items purchased from other retailers (not directly from Polar Valve)
- Returns without prior contact and written approval
- All items returned to us via COD or third-party billing
- Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We will refund the purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If the item being returned is damaged or missing parts for any reason, Polar Valve reserves the right to deduct the cost of replacing the damaged or missing parts from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after Polar Valve receives the returned product. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
