Shipping Methods

All items are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We strive to share accurate delivery times based on the latest information from our logistics partners.

Please note that once an order is placed, it generally cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to request a change, contact our customer service team (email) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Times

We process shipments from Monday to Friday and ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Most orders within the U.S. will arrive within 3-10 business days after leaving our facility, assuming no delays from the carrier.

Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 business days.

Orders shipped internationally or to Canada can take approximately 2-4 weeks due to border processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Friday 1 PM PST - Sunday) or federal holidays.

Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to all 50 states and P.O. Boxes. Additional shipping fees apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

International Shipping

We cannot control customs charges on international shipments, and customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note that international orders may incur additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier within 24 hours of the delivery date. We cannot contact the carrier until the customer has reached out first.
